Team Introduction
We are the Platform Product Team within the Trust and Safety at TikTok. Our core mission is unwaveringly focused on upholding a trustworthy and secure environment for our users. Under the direction of Risk and Response, we collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams. This collaboration is aimed at enhancing and refining our toolset, enabling us to identify trust and safety risks at early stages. We are committed to vigilant monitoring of online risks and agile in our response to swiftly evolving risky trends, ensuring a safer online space for everyone.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of the TikTok risk management platform, encompassing risk perception, response, and disposal capabilities. This role involves refining online response processes and creating industry-leading solutions.
- Establish a security capability evaluation system, collaborating with business units to define security assessment methods and indicators. Additionally, drive the implementation of these projects in the business sector.
- Focus on data analysis and results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying and addressing system and business challenges to drive effective solutions.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration, constantly striving to enhance business operations and the evolution of the platform.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in the internet industry with a focus on product management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a background in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of business dynamics, skilled at identifying and addressing user pain points.
- Strong aptitude for learning and innovation, experienced in initiating and managing new business projects.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks within tight deadlines, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Focus on data analysis and results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying and addressing system and business challenges to drive effective solutions.
- Demonstrates resilience under pressure, embracing challenges with determination.
- Exceptional communication skills and adept at cross-functional & cross-cultural collaborations.
