We are seeking a Product Owner/BA for the Data & Analytics Team. A successful candidate will join a product team and develop the product vision that aligns to user research and organizational strategies. From the vision, you will work with designer and tech lead to create a roadmap that will be expressed in a prioritized backlog to that will deliver and iterate the right features. You will foster a collaborative agile environment for the product team to bring the data and AI/ML centric products to life. You will be hyper focused on the customer and measure the success and value the product unlocks.

Job Responsibilities
Write User Stories with acceptance criteria
Put the user first and think creatively and critically about data and AI/ML products
Be zealous about doing the right thing and putting u first
Always start with user empathy and include a passion for products down to the smallest detail.
Be familiar with business pains and gains to clearly express product value
Define and implement the right measures to make decisions and define success for each feature and function
Know what questions to ask; Understand how to structure problem solving and what type of data is needed to make decisions
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives.
Own end-to-end feature delivery, including working with user experience on prototypes, , creating and prioritizing user stories, analyzing user data to drive decision making and documenting delivery of releases.
Work effectively with others and thoughtfully challenging the status quo
Transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
Able to effectively bridge the gap between engineering and business.
Leadership through influence rather than organization structures. Proven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate within product team, including cross-functional product development teams and manage interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's or Arts or Bachelor of Science or related
Job-related experience
Experience as a team member of an agile development team
Relevant product experience in an enterprise environment
. Ability to write strong user stories with well defined user acceptance criteria
2. Excellent communication skills, able to work with international offshore teams
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under tight deadlines
