As strategic partners for our Product Team, the team provides strategic support to multiple business lines to drive business growth by identifying strategic directions and initiatives through deep insights into both internal operations and the external market landscape. We are committed to becoming the most trustworthy strategy partner of business teams, empowering business growth at different stages of development.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the key strategic partner to identify opportunities for the product team's growth and drive creative and scalable improvements
- Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth.
- Track business progress and provide consistent optimization for the business operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high-impact projects.
- Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy and analytics role.
- Strong Data Analysis, familiarity with commonly used data statistics and analysis methods, and understanding of the basic principles of recommendation algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate and manage expectations across teams.
- Strong product management skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights.
- Experience in a social platform company and familiarity with the creator space.
