Epsilon C5I, focused on software development, intelligence production, and systems engineering for ISR operations, is seeking is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to work out of Dayton, OH. This position in support of a large IDIQ, will lead the research, development, and sustainment of systems and software capabilities for intelligence community implementation. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Development of Project Plans and task order baselines
  • Assist in managing, monitoring and reporting on the financial status of all Contracts
  • Assist with scheduling and conducting meetings with the PM and project managers
  • Assist in managing, reviewing, updating, and reporting on the status of internal controls to ensure compliance policies and procedures
  • Assist in developing metrics and briefings to include the monthly Govt PMR
  • Develop Briefing material in PowerPoint
  • Assist in conducting internal reviews and spot checks
  • Develop Training Material

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting government programs.
  • Sound interpersonal skills needed to interface, coordinate with company personnel, customers, and outside contacts
  • Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with large IDIQ, subcontractor oversight
  • Expertise in earned value management
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
