Key job responsibilities

- Use data to challenge, guide and illuminate our product strategy.

- Form cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders

- Write strategy documents that clearly communicate supply chain vision to stakeholders and senior leadership

- Partner with stakeholders in ATS, AMZL, Sort Center, Fulfillment Center, Finance, and corresponding Tech teams towards defining supply chain and operating models for the new business

- Deep dive complex models and analyze trade off decisions to ensure the best outcome for our customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of data analysis experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

- Familiarity with SQL and building queries

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree

- 5+ years of data analysis experience

- 3+ years of supply chain experience

- 8+ years of program management experience

- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
