Senior Program Manager, Ops Tech Solutions (OTS)

Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is seeking technical experts to join our team. We're looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Sr. Program Manager to innovate on behalf of customers, build effective solutions and deliver within OTS.

Key job responsibilities

- Advocate for ideal OTS customer experience and identify and drive data-driven improvement projects

- Drive new hardware and software feature launches and increase existing feature adoption by becoming the liaison for cross-functional teams

- Identify and formalize metrics to track through weekly business reviews

- Engage with both internal and external partners to identify product enhancements

About the team

Our team oversees the planning and execution of large-scale, cross functional programs both software and hardware. We focus on driving alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across multiple product initiatives. Our core responsibilities include:

- Developing program plans, defining objectives, and establishing governance structure. We ensure alignment with business goals, manage risks, and track progress against milestones.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams and stakeholders.

- Identify risks, assess their potential impact and develop mitigation strategies.

- Analyze and derive data insights through PA/BI and publish those insights to broader stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
