Atlassian is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Revenue Strategy & Planning that will be at the forefront of driving transformational change for our Sales/Revenue organization.

As a key member of the RSP Programs team, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Sales/Company initiatives that help to change the trajectory of our Sales business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management craft, a proven track record in managing end-to-end strategic programs, a deep understanding of Atlassian's Go-To-Market landscape, and the ability to build strong partnerships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. You will be reporting directly to the Manager of Revenue Strategy & Planning.

What you'll do
  • Work closely with Sales, GTM, & Product teams to drive the commercial success of our top priority Sales/Company programs.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills, and an ability to self-direct.
  • Help our Sales leaders & Stakeholders to see the "bigger picture" and highlight x-org dependencies. Provide a horizontal perspective with company and GTM goals.
  • Drive alignment across our Sales, GTM & Product organizations through clear communication and change management practices. Ensure stakeholders are properly engaged at the right stages in the project lifecycle. Manage cross-functional and cross-geo collaboration - our teams span the globe, and so do our projects.
  • Develop and maintain program plan (scoping, identifying resource needs, managing timelines, determining appropriate team meeting cadence & rituals, managing dependencies and risks, championing change management, etc.)
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships, influence a cross-functional leadership team, and use organizational skills to navigate ambiguity.

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a combination of Software/Tech industry in Program Management, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, consulting roles
  • Demonstrated experience and success leading high impact, cross-functional programs or projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment
  • Deep program/project management experience & particularly strong executive-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done through taking calculated risks and experimenting with new solutions
  • Have experience framing strategic choices based on well-grounded assumptions, using logic when data or market signals are limited


Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $134,700 - $179,600

Zone B: $121,200 - $161,600

Zone C: $111,800 - $149,000
