Employer: Amazon
Industry: Project/Program/Product Management--Non-Tech
Salary: $104100 per year
Job type: Full-Time
The Selling Partner Services (SPS) team operates the business, technology and seller services that make Amazon the best place on Earth for 3rd party sellers to start and grow a global business. Today, the vast majority of those sellers choose to do so trusting Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to fully manage their selection from the factory floor to the customer door, allowing sellers to leverage the power of Amazon's global fulfillment network. Our mission in WW Fulfillment by Amazon is to enable the long-term success of our sellers by building best-in-class processes and tools that make FBA the simplest, most reliable and profitable channel for our sellers. Our store has enabled sellers of all sizes and origins to compete in an evolving global market, and today WW sellers serve tens of millions of items to customers globally.
The success of WW FBA is synonymous with that of our sellers, and the WW FBA Business Team is on a mission to help ensure that success. The team is organized around four pillars including: 1) Seller Segments and Growth focused on deeply understanding our sellers and driving their growth, 2) Seller Controllable Customer Inputs to improve the performance of what they choose to sell through FBA, 3) FBA Seller Experience which helps drive a consistent, global view of the experience we offer to our sellers and builds opportunities to improve, and 4) Customer Returns which helps reduce customer returns for sellers and Amazon.
The team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management leader to be part of the Seller Segments and Growth pillar driving success for sellers across one or more regions (e.g., North America, EU5, Japan, Emerging Markets). This leader will be responsible for driving deep assessments at the segment level, identifying opportunities within key segments, working with partner teams to develop known and novel approaches to improve performance, and executing programs which make measurable impacts on seller growth. If you are passionate about working with WW teams, building strategic programs to drive growth, driving data driven insight, and creating long-term value for sellers, this may be the role for you!
Key job responsibilities
