Description: NSI requires a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support a potential upcoming contract with PMA 280 Program Office. The Senior Program/Project Management Analyst will have at least four (4) years professional experience in a NAVAIR PO. PMP Certified. Will have effective project management skills to develop, plan, analyze, and execute projects across the full system life cycle. Experience and expertise utilizing project management tools to conduct schedule analysis, track and coordinate technical requirements, documentation, and briefing packages, manage and lead cost estimating and budgeting, understand earned value management, and lead risk and opportunity management processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinate with various stakeholders, and manage external relationships effectively. Will be able to think and speak clearly, present ideas effectively, and work with people at all levels of organizational hierarchy.

Education: MA/MS Degree.
Experience: Over 10 years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
