Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Sr. Project Management Specialist, you'll provide oversite of complex IT projects in support of process analysis, improvement, and reengineering, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you'll do:

• Perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues.
• Develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Extensive project management experience
• Ability to commute to Fort Belvoir, VA

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or ability to obtain a PMP certification within six months of hire
• Courses in project management, acquisition, and/or procurement

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
