We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of new Fieldglass systems and manage the onboarding of new sites on our existing ARIBA platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, which are split into two significant waves, and requires a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position is remote but based in Denver, Colorado, United States.

• The Senior Project Manager will oversee the implementation of SAP Fieldglass in two waves. Wave 1, which is already in motion, is set to go live on December 2024, and includes Corporate IT and multiple suppliers with their contractors.
• The current Project Manager will transition responsibilities to the new Senior Project Manager. Wave 2, scheduled for January 2026, will extend the implementation to global sites.
• Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will manage the onboarding of new sites onto the existing ARIBA platform, focusing on document conversion and supplier setup, also set for January 2026.

Senior Project Manager, SAP Fieldglass & ARIBA Mandatory Skills

• Extensive experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP ARIBA
• Proven project management skills, particularly in large-scale implementations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities

• Previous experience in IT and supplier management
