Position General Duties And Tasks :

Our Project Management practice group is currently seeking a Sr IT Project Manager who has experience with system implementation of CTMS (Clinical Trials Mgmt. Solution). 

This entails the transformation of data collection from paper to electronic devices and integration with various systems for seamless data flow for one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of Princeton, NJ. 

This Sr Project Manager is a solution-oriented leader that can apply program management techniques to facilitate, coordinate with good communication skills to collaborate with multiple business divisions from vision to realization. 

The Project Manager will be adept at building and maintaining relationships, customer obsessed, adaptable, and enjoys bringing structure and discipline to ambiguous spaces to realize measurable value for the business. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

Partner with cross-functional teams Business Units, IT Operations, technology groups, product teams with conflicting priorities to drive multiple Data Collections Lead multiple teams to implement complex system implementations for the Clinical Trials Mgmt. 

Solution system. 

Organizational Change Management Ability to manage multiple inter-dependent workstreams and report effectively at the workstream level as well as at the program level Be able to think wholistically and identify potential risks and dependencies across workstreams Leadership qualities Oversee all aspects of assigned projects/programs including scope, schedule, budget, resources, multiple projects coordinate and manage the risk to ensure successful delivery in a very dynamic environment. 

Ensure projects/programs are properly progressing through the Software Development Lifecycle including proper definition, analysis, design, development, testing, training, and deployment. 

Manage internal and external stakeholders, customer relationships and third-party vendors as needed, including managing a highly complex political environment Lead team to resolve all program/project issues and impediments on a timely manner, effectively communicate, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts working closely with team and leadership. 

Demonstrate high adaptability and flexibility to take responsibility to support new projects that has priority and as communicated. 

Basic Qualifications 

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field of study

Masters degree is a plus 15+ years of relevant work experience as a Sr Project Manager with experience in complex Business Process Transformation and Data Integration Projects Project Management experience in Clinical Trials project is a big advantage Pharma industry experience is an advantage Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred and Agile CSM is a plus Experience with Planview

Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience with Organizational Change Management Ability to manage multiple inter-dependent workstreams and report effectively at the workstream level as well as at the program level Be able to think wholistically and identify potential risks and dependencies across workstreams Communication with senior stakeholders (Steering Comm) Leadership qualities Mainly Waterfall methodology but needs to have worked on some Agile Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations & facilitate Demo to various levels of management articulating project/Sprint status, risk mitigations, benefits & financial realizations.
