Pay Range: $80, 000 - $125, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage income and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Prepare financial packages for year-end and journal entries
• Analyze data for property reports and trends
• Audit income to maximize rent potential
• Handle accounts receivable/payable and CAM reconciliations
• Review construction draw advances and comply with the Corporate Transparency Act
• Manage monthly AmEx allocations across properties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience for staff level, 10+ years for senior level, specifically in real estate management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong self-starter, capable of working independently in a high-volume environment
• CPA or MBA for Senior level candidates is preferred
• HR background is a plus
