This position is responsible for leading test related functions for simple projects. In concert with the Principal Product Quality and Senior Product Quality II, test system to create stable, scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute medium complexity test cases that are directly linked to the provided design using engineering methods to solve technical problems.
• Perform requirement analysis to translate both business documentation and architecture/technical documentation into medium complexity test cases.
• Log defects. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and drive Root Cause Analytics (RCA) on medium complexity defects.
• Create test execution plan, scope, and estimation for low complexity projects with minimal guidance.
• Communicate with cross functional groups with minimal oversight to drive project execution.
• Lead simple projects with minimal oversight.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience or demonstrated technical proficiency.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or further education or experience in engineering, computer science, or another technical related field.

Additional Skills and Certifications:

• Proficiency in multiple engineering disciplines / hardware or software testing.
• Frequently learning new skills and gaining depth in existing knowledge areas.
• Strong teamwork aptitude and ability to coach and mentor engineers to help grow their skills.
• Intermediate Domain knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $73,066.00 - $146,131.00 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
