Job summary :
- We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with a strong background in web design and development to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of experience and a proven track record in CSS3 Next JS Node JS React JS Redux Secure Coding for HTML5 and Web Development.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of web applications using CSS3 Next JS Node JS React JS and Redux
- Oversee the implementation of secure coding practices for HTML5 to ensure the safety and integrity of web applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for web applications including design specifications and user manuals
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards promoting high-quality code
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of web applications
- Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate
- Ensure seamless integration of billing functionalities within web applications enhancing user experience and operational efficiency
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability ensuring a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project timelines ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of web applications implementing improvements as necessary to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of CSS3 Next JS Node JS React JS and Redux
- Demonstrate expertise in secure coding practices for HTML5
- Have a solid background in web development with a focus on billing domain skills
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
