BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:

You source and hire a high-quality workforce by partnering with hiring leaders to recruit and select qualified candidates. You identify opportunities to improve the quality of hires and reduce the time-to-fill metrics based on an in-depth analysis of hiring metrics. This position is eligible for our 4/1 Hybrid Work Policy (work from home up to one day per week).

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, initial interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding.
• Leverage strong communication and influencing skills to partner with hiring leaders and sales executives throughout the entire recruitment process (ex: collaborate on recruitment strategies, keep them informed on progress).
• Proactively source for skilled sales individuals, including the identification of alternative recruitment methods.
• Recommend recruitment sourcing initiatives and advise client groups of the latest resources.
• Serve as an employment brand ambassador to drive awareness of opportunities and our position as an employer of choice.
• Enhance the diversity of candidates by participating in national recruiting conferences and outreach efforts.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, FCC and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate and current recruitment and applicant documentation.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required qualifications

• Experience: Five or more years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical skills: Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment trends, recruiting technologies, staffing and employment practices; proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Skills: Critical thinking and analysis, prioritization and organization, English written and verbal communication skills (clear, straightforward, and professional), and data interpretation/trend analysis.
• Abilities: Maintain client and company confidentiality, work independently.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a talent advisor role.
• Experience in recruiting for enterprise sales roles.
• 1+ years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $68,300.00 to $157,200.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
