Senior Registered Client Associate

We're looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to:

• Be an administrative partner to help uniquely successful families build amazing lives of significance - connecting their wealth to the people they love and the causes they care about

• Provide best-in-class client experience through active communication, anticipation and fulfillment of needs, exceptional attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution. You are our Chief Experience Officer!

• Onboard and maintain client accounts, optimize operational efficiencies, process incoming/outgoing wires and charitable gifts, cash management, and key information documentation

• Perform administrative duties that support daily business practices, such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reports, and team calendar management

• Support team's business development efforts by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events

• Input orders at the direction of clients and/or Financial Advisor

Detailed salary information:
• Newport Beach: the salary range for this role is $72000 to $98000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

You'll be working with Dan Gallagher and the Coastal Advisors team located in Newport Beach, CA. Coastal Advisors provides holistic Wealth Management services to 80 pleasant and dynamic families. In addition to the base salary posted, this role is eligible for meaningful supplemental compensation paid by the Financial Advisor(s).

Your expertise

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients (Currently 80 families with over $1B in team assets)

• 5+ years of Client Service experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry

• Series 7 and 66 Licenses

• Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge

• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills

• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Goal oriented, self-motivated and results drive
