Your role

We're looking for a Sr. Client Service Associate to:

•act as the personal private banker to high and ultra high net worth individuals and families
•setup accounts, onboard new clients, and assist with/help manage their online services
•educate clients on account services and capabilities, including banking and lending
•collect the right documentation for opening and maintaining new accounts
•prioritize and process account service requests for timely completion or delegation
•assist with client relationship building and business development activities such as client events
•perform general administrative duties to support team
•proactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills, and credentials

Your team

You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas in Dayton Ohio. We help high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them

Your expertise

• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 5-7 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelors or equivalent, focusing on Finance/Accounting
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
