Senior Research Associate, iPSC Cell Process Development 2029553
Location: North of Boston, MA (onsite)
Science:Cell Therapy
Job Overview: Support the production and process development of iPSC cultures to support internal efforts relating to the differentiation of iPSC cells.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Culture and characterize newly generated iPSC lines
• Conduct the technical transfer of assays into the production and manufacturing teams manufacturing
• Write and update SOPs, batch records and lab processes
• Maintain smooth operations of the lab including lab supplies, equipment, general lab support
• Mentor and train junior staff

Primary Job Requirements:

• BS with 4+ or MS with 2+ years of experience ideally in a process development setting
• Experience with iPSC culture and maintenance
• Exposure to Flow Cytometry is ideal
• Any exposure to iPSC reprogramming is a plus
