We are looking for the following qualities in a teammate:
- Entrepreneurialism and good communication: We feel true ownership over whether our projects result in the improvement our customers' lives and the health of the planet. You will need to be deeply self-driven to explore new raw materials and identify new processes and technologies to answer to our customers' needs. Also, you'll be frequently pitching concepts to customers, partners, and internal executives for feedback and support.
- Working in the grey, being open-minded and curious: One of the exciting challenges of this position is learning, through bibliographic search, discussions with external and internal collaborators, what problems truly need to be solved. This is not a black and white role and doesn't necessarily follow the classic product design cycle you may have been previously exposed to.
- Cross-functional and hands-on collaborator: We design and make a lot of processes and prototypes, some of which are outside of our expertise. You'll need to be a natural collaborator who enjoys experimenting new things with the help of others. This means being adaptive to new teams, environments, approaches, and changes in pace (sometimes rather fast pace).
