Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Sales Executive with a strong background in Ocean Freight. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Forwarding Freight Sales within the international trade industry, specifically with large clients in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, medical, or pharmaceutical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Source and acquire new clients, focusing on the industry of forwarding freight.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proven track record in pipeline management, hit rates, and territory growth.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of solid experience in Ocean Freight Sales for large companies, preferably with a focus on international trade.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing large clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, medical, or pharmaceutical.
  • Strong knowledge and experience Ocean Freight operations and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.
