Baer is looking for Senior IBP Technical Lead for a 12+ month remote project.

Title: Senior IBP Technical Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IBP solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for IBP and its integration.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the IBP landscape.
• Oversee the integration of IBP, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and develop integration strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Design and configure IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Develop custom enhancements and interfaces as needed to meet specific business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Engage with key users to gather feedback and drive user adoption of IBP solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other IT team members.
• Lead and manage IBP-related projects, including Supply Planning, Automation and Orchestration, SAP Ariba functions and monitoring.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IBP configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support.
• Extensive experience with S/4HANA integration and SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Proven project management skills, with experience leading complex IT projects.
• SAP certification in IBP and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
