Baer is looking for Senior SAP MM PP Consultant for a 18+ month remote project.

Title: Senior SAP MM PP Consultant
Location: Remote with Travel to Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM and PP modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
• Conduct system testing, end-user training, and support go-live activities.
• Analyze and document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend SAP solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage and coordinate SAP MM and PP implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM and PP modules, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in SAP MM and PP module implementation and support.
• Proven experience in leading full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules, including configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related technologies.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Ariba, and SAP EWM is an advantage.
• SAP certification in MM and/or PP modules.
• Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree
