About the Role

We are seeking a proven application modernization expert to join our IT department on a contract basis for approximately 6 months. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in our application modernization efforts, leading the implementation of code changes to migrate multiple applications from legacy technologies to modern platforms.

Responsibilities

* Analyze and understand solutions implemented in Java EE.

* Design and implement code modifications to facilitate the migration of applications from legacy systems to new technologies.

* Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of migrated applications.

* Utilize experience with Weblogic, including SOA and OSB, to adapt applications for deployment on modern platforms.

* Develop and maintain pipelines using best practices to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
