Senior Software Engineer, CRM (Mailchimp)

We're looking for an Senior Software Engineer to join our CRM team. You will join an engineering team that builds tools to help Quickbooks and Mailchimp customers leverage the power of our combined products to grow their businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional and

cross-product team members such as product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop our products.

We are excited by someone with an understanding of why and how diverse teams build better software/systems and create better cultures. You will understand the importance of culture to the team's productivity and overall benefit this has to Intuit Mailchimp as a whole. We're looking for someone comfortable with having high expectations of us and the quality of our software, and comfortable that we will have high expectations of you.

Responsibilities

• Write scalable application code following best practices of accessibility, internationalization and instrumentation
• Accurately scope effort, identify risks and clearly communicate trade-offs with team members and other stakeholders.
• Spearhead efforts to establish patterns and processes, and lead the team through examples in your own work.
• Remain up-to-date on evolving tools and patterns for managing infrastructure and guiding our implementation of them when necessary.
• Strong mentoring skills with ability to provide technical guidance and review code
• Participate in the on-call rotation for the CRM Capability
