Description

Our team is responsible for integrating and combining data from a variety of sources (e.g. EHR, ePROs, Digital Biomarkers, devices) in order to provide curated and insightful data sets that can contribute to clinical and research goals. We are also responsible for delivering a customer identity and access management platform to product teams to reduce duplication of effort, support a common user experience, and accelerate time to market. Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and develop high-quality software solutions to meet project requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leads to define and refine technical specifications, taking ownership of design oversight, scoping and project deliverables.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the subteam.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and uphold best practices, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the reliability and stability of our systems

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, demonstrating a strong technical background.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Go).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact, production-quality software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure tools like Terraform, GitHub.
  • Proficiency in Go, Protobuf.
  • Experience with deployed kubernetes services in GCP.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 - $210,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
