Position Title: Sr Tester - Sailpoint

Project Scope:

• Operational support, SP program is unique on the team
• Building a team to own all security apps/tools
• Tool implementation and support
• Supports PMO and operational in this role
• Once asset is deployed, need to support on the backend

Team Size & Breakdown: 8 people - mostly in Denver

• Architect and Engineer - backfills on SOW, potentially portfolio management roles

Development Methodology: Agile

High-Level Individual Duties:

• Integration - with Workday, SNOW, CRS, cyberark tools
• Other IAM or OIM/Okta experience won't be a good fit

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

• Sailpoint
• General testing experience (integration, regression, etc.)
• 5+ years of SP exposure and testing

Nice-to-Haves:

• Agile/Jira
• Automation

Interview Process / Evaluation: 1 and done

• Small panel with SP team
• Situational Q/A with testing experience
• 45 min
• IV times next week, W/TH at the soonest, doesn't want to block anything off on his teams calendar to respect their time

Challenges in hiring:

Candidates: some interviews, but more engineering/dev vs QA
