Job Summary

The Senior Sourcing Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the sourcing activities for the company. This includes identifying new suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts and agreements. The Senior Sourcing Analyst will also be responsible for mentoring Sourcing Analysts and ensuring that all sourcing activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to multiple parties, including but not limited to processing external and internal vendor purchase orders and material issuance daily, handling internal customer and vendor complaints, and helping to resolve billing issues or escalating, as necessary

• Identify new suppliers and manage supplier relationship

• Conduct ongoing business reviews to ensure suppliers are performing to contracted obligations and service level

• Negotiate and process contracts and agreement

• Ensure standard process for all RFP's and contract documentation are being followed by the business units and provide regular progress updates to business stakeholder

• Respond to questions from vendors, and internal business customers related to the request for information and/or proposal, and requisition proce

• Maintain accurate records and reporting on sourcing activitie

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for cost saving

• Analyze market trends and identifying potential cost saving

• Manage the day-to-day sourcing activities and coordinating with cross-functional team

• Mentor and train junior sourcing associates on working with cross functional teams such as (SRM, Legal and Business Units) and on policies and procedure

• Ensure that all sourcing activities are completed efficiently and effectively

• Maintain relationships with potential and existing vendors, such as coordinating vendor presentations and conference call

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement change

• Manage risk and compliance with procurement policies and regulation

• Coordinate internal business unit and vendor execution of legal contracts, statements of work, change orders, addendums, and other required legal document

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of

• Advanced knowledge of Procurement concepts, practices and procedure

• Project Management Practice

• Advanced knowledge of sourcing, negotiation and contracting best practices - including RFPs and e-auction

• Financial markets, their required products and services, and corresponding regulation

Skill in

• Advanced Knowledge and experience in negotiating and executing Statements of Work and other contract

• Provide direction for internal and external stakeholders inclusive of the value of center-led Procurement strategie

• Solid communication, problem solving and research abilitie

• Must have a demonstrated competency with procurement principles and industry practice

• Strong project management skill

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

Education/Previous Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field and three(3) to five(5) years' experience in strategic sourcing, Procurement Operations, procurement or Supply Chain.
