Senior SQL DBA - HYBRID - Active Secret Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Secret-cleared Senior SQL DBA to support the AEDC (Army Enterprise Data Center). This is a hybrid (2 days on site) opportunity located in Fort Belvoir, VA .

Responsibilities of the Secret-cleared Senior SQL DBA include:
• Create, set up, adjust, review, and upkeep highly reliable business database systems
• Keep an eye on backup processes across all SQL Server databases
• Carry out regular tests for disaster recovery
• Fix and keep databases running smoothly, suggesting quick fixes, long-term strategies, and consistent checks on database health and integrity

Qualifications for the Secret-cleared Senior SQL DBA include:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret Clearance
• IAT 2 Certification ( (eg: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, etc )
• Oracle Database Certification
• Proficient experience with Microsoft SQL Databases/SQL Server
• Knowledge or experience with the back end of Windows Servers is a huge plus

Compensation for the Secret-cleared Senior SQL DBA includes:
• Salary Range: $100K-$140K based off years of experience and non-negotiable above $140K
