Job description:

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for applications associated with optical thin film metrology equipment used to measure semiconductor wafers.
• Have a deep working knowledge of the metrology hardware along with application experience.
• Application experience includes developing film stack models to properly measure wafers along with using application/diagnostic data to help troubleshoot tool issues.
• Have a good understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA).

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
• 7+ years of experience with optical metrology equipment, specifically KLA OptiProbe
• Ability to handle challenging work with time constraints
• Enjoy working with teams to solve problems
• Have good data analysis and troubleshooting skills
