Insight Global is seeking a Senior Structural Steel Designer for large engineering client. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in designing lattice tower drawings and have strong structural steel industry experience. The designer will be working with BoCAD, AutoCAD, and Tekla to handle existing structure fixes and new lattice tower designs. This role involves leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, this opportunity has fully remote capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on steel lattice tower design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or BoCAD
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
