Our direct client is in need of a candidate who can provide engineering and support functions for a set of 3rd party legacy apps.

Required Qualifications:

• Someone who is an expert (a deep expert) with client - server applications which are still using thick client architecture
• Someone who has experience with ODBC data connectivity, excellent troubleshooting skills, understands thin client architecture - preferably MS virtual Azure desktops.
• Someone who has excellent customer service skills, patient, responsive, detail oriented, very analytical, and has been able to drive standards, documentation, automation, and simplification of legacy applications in a commercial environment - preferably insurance.
• We need a very strong communicator in this role and someone who is super organized.
