Our esteemed client is in search of a Senior IT Systems Engineer/Network Admin to join their dynamic team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for projects and support aimed at providing a reliable, efficient, and secure network, Windows server, telecommunications, and other technology infrastructure environments. The candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, implementing, and supporting technology infrastructure to help achieve business objectives with managerial direction.

Your day-to-day Responsibilities might include:

• Participating in IT efforts concerning computer server hardware, server software, networking, and telecommunications globally.
  
• Administering and providing support with oversight on File/Print, Domain Controllers, Application Servers, and File Services servers in a highly distributed global enterprise environment.
  
• Providing onsite and remote customer service on technical issues.
  
• Offering input into other areas of the organization as a technical resource on infrastructure technologies.
  
• Conducting diagnosis, capacity planning, and performance tuning systems on an ongoing basis.
  
• Maintaining and implementing OS upgrades and applying security patches.
  
• Implementing monitoring tools to proactively administer the health of servers.
  
• Serving as a mentor to others on the IT team.
  

What We're expecting from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, BCS, or related degree + 7 years relevant experience OR 10 years of related experience.
  
• IT certifications such as Oracle, Microsoft, Citrix, and/or Cisco are a plus.
  
• Work Environment:
  
• The work schedule generally consists of 40+ hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
  
• Must be able to lift computer equipment, monitors, and servers.
