• About This Opportunity


The Senior Tax Analyst - International role is responsible for the Company's required international tax compliance and other business support. Specifically includes monitoring tax law and other regulatory changes and tax research supporting the Company's international growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare/review international related U.S. Federal income tax forms, foreign tax credit calculations, transfer pricing documentation, and other foreign compliance to ensure proper determination of tax liabilities and timely and efficient documentation, reporting and payment.
  • Prepare/assist with international tax components of the Company's income tax provision (ASC 740), forecasting, and planning models.
  • Monitor US and international tax law & other legislative changes. Research and communicate potential impacts to tax department and finance leadership.
  • Assist with developing and executing global tax planning strategies and process improvement initiatives to support department, finance team, and Company-wide goals and objectives.


Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree
  • CPA and Advanced Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years' experience.
  • Significant experience with international related US income tax compliance and related laws, regulations, etc.
  • Working knowledge of international tax compliance and provision systems (CorpTax preferred) and other applicable software applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate impact of complex tax statutes, regulations, rulings, etc. to key tax and non-tax personnel
  • Strong technical research skills, experience with research tools (CCH, Checkpoint, etc.)
  • Ability to handle a variety of projects and responsibilities (multi-task)
