- Mentor and develop the international tax team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and progress.
- Oversee the preparation of the international sections of the U.S. federal income tax return (Forms 5471, 8858, 8991, 8992, 8993, and 1118)
- Lead the preparation of the international portion of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in compliance with ASC 740, collaborating closely with U.S. tax leadership.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns and tax payments across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, coordinating with local accounting teams.
- Monitor and analyze relevant U.S. and foreign tax legislation and judicial developments to assess their impact and communicate significant changes to management.
- Advise on tax implications of international operations and coordinate U.S. tax laws with non-U.S. tax laws to develop an optimal global tax strategy.
- Lead compliance with OECD BEPS Pillar 2 accounting and obligations.
- Identify, analyze, and implement tax planning opportunities to mitigate tax risks.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, audit teams, and consulting teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of accounting experience and/or public company experience
- Bachelors in Accounting
- CPA or JD
- Experience working with multinational companies
- Technical knowledge of US Federal Tax Laws and ASC 740
- SAP or other ERP experience
- People management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Masters in Accounting or Taxation
- OneSource experience
