In pursuit of this mission we are seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of our key projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex technical projects, excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key job responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional AI integration projects.

- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports for executive leadership

- Drive technical decision-making processes and facilitate resolution of technical issues

- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing Amazon tools and workflows

- Champion best practices in program management and drive continuous improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

- 3+ years of software development experience

- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
