Our client - a global leader in the HPC (High Powered Computers) Services space - is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and recruiting for highly specialized technical positions! Based in Dallas, TX, the successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring talent for various skilled technical roles, including ServiceNow Implementation Specialists, Network Engineers, HPC (High Power Computer) Systems Administrators and similar roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting for technical positions and will possess exceptional sourcing and interviewing skills. Experience with Paycom is preferred but not required.

Senior Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for highly skilled technical positions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for technical roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics

Senior Technical Recruiter Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting for highly skilled technical roles, such as ServiceNow Implementation Specialists, Network Engineers, HPC (High Power Computer) Systems Administrators and more
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Paycom
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency to meet hiring goals
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
