The Senior Treasury Analyst will manage and oversee bank relationships to support Feld shows produced globally and have direct interaction with Feld Business Units. The ideal candidate possesses a positive and professional attitude and a willingness to take on new responsibilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with little supervision while producing successful results. Essential Job Functions

• Review GL coding of bank transactions imported into the Treasury Management System (TMS) and code any manual exceptions appropriately. Coordinate with accounting on the upload of coded bank transactions to the ERP system on a weekly basis and resolve any discrepancies. Assist accounting with the automation of bank-to-book reconciliations.
• Provide Foreign Exchange and International Cash Management support. Prepare payment transfer forms/funding requests and enter domestic and international payments on multiple banking platforms.
• Support cash/liquidity management, debt/investment decisions, FX trading/hedges, Letters of Credit, bank signer maintenance, and coordinating with the Tax team on FBAR reporting.
• Serve as liaison within Treasury group and tour business managers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of settlement funds which requires a working knowledge of show contracts and settlement procedures.
• Coordinate cash needs for North American touring business units. Maintain Global Tour schedule and coordinate meetings with internal business units for banking needs, credit card, and armored car show set-up requirements.
• Decision positive pay exceptions, support the Sr. Treasury Manager with maintaining the bank account management module in the TMS, bank fee analysis, check remote deposits, monthly bank statement downloads, processing vendor credit applications, etc.
• Support Sr. Treasury Manager with establishing strong relationships with global merchant processing providers including procurement of and coordination of POS equipment deployment. Manage/process credit card chargebacks.
• Maintain all procedures in the Treasury Manual.
• Create a service-oriented and business partner approach within the organization.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualificactions

• BA/BS Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field. CTP/working towards CTP is a plus but not required.
• 3+ years Treasury, cash management, or relevant commercial/corporate banking experience.
• Solid experience in standard Microsoft products with advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience navigating a treasury management workstation and administering several online banking systems and payment tokens.
• Experience or ability to learn merchant card services processing and MID setup/maintenance.
• Kyriba or other TMS experience is a plus. Knowledge of wire transfer formats is a plus.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn foreign exchange risk and hedging.
• Detail and deadline oriented. Ability to multi-task and learn quickly with a dedicated work ethic. Team player mentality.
