Insight Global is looking for a Remote Senior UX Researcher. This person would support the workshop team which supports the innovation and future of the team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving customer-centric decisions across the product development lifecycle. This includes early research to understand customer needs and problems, and continues through design definition and prototyping, to post-launch research that informs future iterations. Through a blend of qualitative and quantitative research, you'll drive our go-to-market strategy for new products and shaping the evolution of our experiences across time horizons. We can pay $60-69/hour for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years professional writing experience for web or mobile content; UX writing for apps preferred.

* Excellent, highly creative writing and critical thinking skills.

* Experience working with content standards, like style and voice and tone guidelines.

* At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, driving through ambiguity, working individually, and collaborating across teams.

* Experience in financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e-commerce is preferred.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science, or related field preferred.
