JOB PURPOSE:

This position will supervise and provide strategic direction to the organizations Talent Acquisition Department. The Talent Acquisition team delivers high quality professional healthcare candidates to support business lines including skilled nursing, hospice, home health, physician services, and related post-acute care initiatives across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.

The Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and developing a team in executing a proactive recruiting strategy to source, screen, select and hire top talent in the healthcare industry. A wide degree of creativity, priority and long-term recruiting visions, business understanding, and personal organization is required. Development and effective management of a talent acquisition team is essential to the success of this position. The Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and team promotes and advances the PruittHealth brand across numerous markets and professional communities.

The Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition is also responsible for the organizations talent management efforts and will introduce and structure strategies to elevate employee engagement and career development and recognition. This position will work to develop talent assessments and performance milestones including tools for goal setting, career development coaching, succession models, high-potential talent identification, and critical roles assessment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop a strategic road map for Talent Acquisitiondesigning a strategy, setting and achieving goals, building a team, driving process improvement, and increasing internal client satisfaction

2. Identify, hire, lead and mentor an outstanding team of recruiting professionals to support the talent acquisition process for PruittHealth.

3. Execute and drive accountability for an efficient, dynamic full-cycle recruiting process.

4. Implement employer branding efforts and strategy on various social media and recruiting/networking platforms in the healthcare industry.

5. Drive an efficient, consistent hiring process from start to finish, including driving best practices in hiring process and hiring decisions, interview tools and techniques, number of interviews, routes to managers, best channels, etc.

6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, healthcare organizations, community resources, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

7. Responsible for recruiting team presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

8. Develop a team able to effectively engage a pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as staffing needs dictate.

9. Initiates and maintain excellent working relations with PruittHealth Partner Service Managers/Human Resources.

10. Create and implement workforce planning/reporting on key recruiting metrics to measure team effectiveness, manage capacity, retention and provide actionable insights.

11. Prepare and present reports to management on recruiting activities to include researching and analyzing hiring trends.

12. Drive strategy for the organizations talent management efforts, including developing tools and assessments to assist executive team leaders in career development, succession planning, and related talent management efforts.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, healthcare organizations, community resources, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

B.S. in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required.

MBA or MS preferred.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

10 years progressive experience in full lifecycle recruiting and talent acquisition management, preferably in the health care industry. Experience in talent management is preferred.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

• Demonstrated ability to develop a successful recruiting team in a high volume, multi-state, - multi-location and fast paced environment.

• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.

• Experience with Taleo (Applicant Tracking System) and Peoplesoft (HRIS), highly preferred.

• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office required.
