The Role
This Graphic Designer will be a key member of a growth team focusing on Tesla Energy B2B visual content. This person will be responsible for both creative and logistical aspects of graphic design covering Tesla's Industrial Products: Megapack and Powerpack. They will oversee each visual communication from inception to completion, ensuring collateral is completed on time and within budget while maintaining Tesla's design standards and advancing the unique Tesla brand.

This is a multi-faceted role where knowledge of clean energy technologies and working experience in the energy industry is highly desired but not mandatory. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized with attention to detail, a great communicator and can turn challenges into growth opportunities. They should have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams with both direct and indirect reporting relationships.



Responsibilities

• Create quick visual concepts based on business needs and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
• Develop visually stunning and engaging graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products
• Maintain and elevate the visual identity and branding standards across all marketing materials
• Ensure a cohesive and consistent design content that aligns with our company's values and messaging
• Work closely with marketing managers, product managers, and sales teams to understand project goals and translate them into visually compelling designs
• Collaborate with content creators to integrate graphics seamlessly into marketing videos and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, related field, 5+ years of demonstrated experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing materials and animation, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Blender and Unreal Engine for animation and 3D modeling
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in creating visuals for the energy or technology sector is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
