We are looking for a talented Machining Associate to join our team for our Seymour Engine Plant in Seymour, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Performs non-production activities that support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
• Perform the activities expected by their roles in accordance with defined roles and responsibilities.
• Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Raises quality concerns to minimize cost and exposures.
• Performs quality inspections.
• Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

• Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
• Previous Machining experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and ability to use precision measuring instruments - such as calipers and gauges is a plus.
• Basic hand tool (mechanical) knowledge is helpful.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
