Server - Part Time or Full Time

Forge Hill in Franklin is seeking to hire Dining Room Server for Nights and Weekends to work in our beautiful community!

Flexible schedules, great for students!

Schedules available:

• Part time or full time hours available. All positions require weekend availability.
• Monday - Friday 11am-4pm or 4pm-7:30pm
• Saturday and Sundays 6am-2pm or 11am-7:30pm

What you'll do: Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Serve delicious, nutritionally balanced meals and accommodate dietary restrictions with care and attention. Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to create a positive dining experience. Interact and build meaningful connections with our residents, fostering a warm and inclusive community.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• A genuine passion for serving others and a strong desire to enhance the lives of seniors.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
• Must have knowledge of dietary procedures, was well as related Health Department regulations and guidelines pertaining to food service operations
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift up to 50lbs
• This is primarily a standing position where an employee may be required to stand in one place for extended periods of time. They also will be exposed to extreme heat and cold temperatures
