The essential job responsibilities of the Service Advisors are to effectively handle customer inbound calls via telephone, web mail and chat. Process customer service requests including billing/miscellaneous inquiries and emergency calls. Shifts are subject to change on a quarterly cycle based on seniority. Mandatory overtime is required.

Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Service Advisor role, you must:
-Be fluent in Spanish
-Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
-Successfully completed Placement/Performance Exercises and Customer Service Simulation Test

Physical Working Conditions:
Works in office environment, sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. Read and enter information using a computer while talking to customers on the phone. Hear, communicate, and interact with customers and coworkers over background noises and customer calls.
