A growing financial services firm in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor! They are looking for a tech-savvy and passionate financial professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position who is looking to advance their career. This is a client-facing role in a dynamic and fast-paced office setting where you will manage a portfolio of clients, provide comprehensive financial advice, handle service requests, and overall work to ensure full client satisfaction. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 / year DOE

Service Advisor Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services within a service advisor role
  • Must hold a Series 65 (or Series 66/63) license
  • Proficient in the language of RMDs, rebalancing, annuities, life insurance, and other related financial concepts
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas required)
  • Familiarity with Schwab systems is a significant plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be client-facing, professional, and a great communicator
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within the company
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field is preferred
  • State life and health insurance license is highly preferred (or willingness to obtain) is preferred
  • Experience working with Schwab systems is preferred

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service a portfolio of approximately 300 active households, focusing on both RIA and insurance clients
  • Conduct regular client meetings, including annual reviews, and ensure client goals align with financial plans
  • Field and resolve client inquiries via phone and email, addressing their needs promptly and effectively
  • Assist clients with retirement planning, beneficiary changes, and other routine servicing tasks
  • Create and deliver video content for client education on topics like DocuSign and other financial tools
  • Handle portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and reallocations
  • Perform administrative tasks such as printing and mailing forms, and preparing for client meetings
  • Contribute to the firm s goals by driving client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service enhancements
  • Participate in team meetings, staying aligned with company goals and action items
