Job Description
• Sign in regulation uniform
• Check for daily assignment with Food Service Supervisor
• Prepare and deliver nourishment for patients
• Deliver and serve breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner trays to patients using patient lists with notes
• Collects food preferences from patients and report diet discrepancies to Dietitian and Food Service Supervisor
• Check with Nursing for holding trays and NPO Patients
• Pick up soiled meal trays, dishes, discard leftover food and garbage. Dispose of garbage
• Wash and sanitize trays, dishes, pans, and food trucks
• Maintain sanitary conditions in work area
• Assist with pre-preparation activities and portion food on tray line for all meals
• Portioning and reheating of food for meal time service
• Menu printing and modification for meal time service
• Update CBORD application appropriately and perform diet office duties as required
• Adheres to down time Policy and Procedure during MYSIS CPP failure
• Attend departmental meetings, in-services and trainings
• Perform related duties when assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read and write English and to understand and carry out simple instructions.
