Position description:

American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Service Contract Loss Control Analyst for our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing claims to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. You will monitor seller accounts and claim behavior to track losses and trends and communicate process deficiencies back to internal and external stakeholders for corrective measures. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Review labor rate increase requests from repair facilities for approval or denial based on criteria requirements
- Review claim information and verify coverage per the terms and conditions of the contract along with internal procedures
- Generate and analyze departmental reports to determine cause(s) for losses
- Present recommendations of loss correction to internal department management and affiliated agency/dealership clients

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/technician, service manager/advisor within a service department or dealership preferred
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Excel
• Experienced with Power BI preferred
• Experience with mechanical service contracts or claims adjudication is a plus
