Insight Global is seeking to hire a Service Contracts Admin to support an international broadcast & media electronics client. This role will sit in their Milpitas, CA office 5 days a week and will consist of 10-15% local travel. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for the customer for depot, onsite and system service contracts. We are looking for someone to perform administrative, order management, quotation, operations, and logistics functions in order to ensure timely completion of complex data reports. Responsiveness rate to all inquiries, whether via phone or email, is very important. Additionally, this position will support the logistics team by assisting shipping & receiving. This may include equipment pick up from company sites utilizing a company vehicle.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Microsoft Office experience
- 1+ years of order tracking/logisitics/customer support experience
- Very detail oriented and high responsiveness rate
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Rohde & Schwarz products
- CRM software experience
- SAP or similar ERP experience
