Job Description:

The Service Delivery Operations Analyst is required to: provide defined contribution subject-matter expertise to maintain regulatory compliance across third party and internal Converge operations; research and understand complex requirements, participant requests, and processes and communicate findings in a technically competent manner; partner cross-functionally with CX Hub, Research, Strategy and Innovation, and Technology teams to ensure operations are timely, accurate, and compliant; proactively identify and offer solutions to resolve potential compliance situations that impact participants, and develop processes and documentation to support conclusions; support internal and external audits and due diligence requests. The ideal candidate is a seasoned (10+ years) defined contribution operations and process optimization leader with a proven history of balancing operational risk and participant experience needs. The operational experience should include working with large public sector defined contribution plans with significant exposure to policy and procedure oversight related to retirement planning and education, investments, audit, payroll/contributions, loans, withdrawals, death benefit and legal processing.

Oversee all work delivered through a global, regional or centre service delivery operation, including managing the teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies, and met operational and financial commitments. Support the sales process, as needed, by participating in the solution design.

Required Skills:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Compliance Management
  • 5-8 years of experience in Operational Excellence
