The ideal candidate brings proven problem-solving experience and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment. We need individuals who are passionate about customer service and have experience as an advanced desktop support along with service desk engineering.

* Complete complex projects independently with minimal oversight and direction

* Provide, maintain and follow technical documentation
